Please note that only using Newspaper theme you’ll have the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, Newsmag theme do not has this extra plugin.

Then probably you set the question in the wrong topic, I’ve move it in Newspaper form.
If is a standard post template, the sidebar can be change from inside the article -> https://i.imgur.com/uKnrf7A.png and the elements from sidebar can be change from Appearance> Widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/c1QxvwN.png
If you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you need to edit it using tagDiv Composer. When you are editing with tagDiv Composer, you can use the right click to save the element as shortcode to can use it in other place or you can reset, copy or delete the element.

as you wrote i would to use the item block as widget on the area

But in this area the total of block sidebar from pre designed templates are not available; one example, but just one, the call action button are not, another example the Text with image are not. I would to understand how to import also that kind of block directly on the widget area as specified above.

Hi,
Please note that cloud templates and elements can not be import in widget area, these can be imported as templates or blocks in pages or templates using tagDiv Composer.
You can use only the elements that are in widget area.
