Improving page speed on mobile?

How can I improve this? Seems like the main issue cannot be changed by me.

I asked this question a few times. They always give me same answers like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ . However, this solution does not work because thiş is so old solution. I did all things but my website(reelyorum.net) is still so slow. I disabled all plugins but results are same.

Yep, pretty disappointed with the themes speed. I have done all those things too.

Lately, Google Page Speed Insight seems to change the layout and is not always reliable.
