Please disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, clear all cache and check after the mobile version.
Also, please check the above topic provided -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ here is explicit all the mobile versions provided by our theme.
This is most common with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not support mobile devices, the mobile theme version can be used instead.
Instead, use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin and enable these settings (particularly mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
