I have tried several times on two separate sites to upload the theme but I’m getting an Inactivity Timeout error / white screen. When I get back into the theme panel I can see and active the theme but I get a new error referencing the composer and the whole site becomes useless. I have to change the theme (one of the few things I’m allowed to do because of the errors) and then the site functions normally. Then, when I try to delete the theme I get an error “Deletion failed: undefined”. I’ve tried in on different PHP versions with the Godaddy tech support.
I have bought several copies and they have all worked before.
Please help.

There is a problem on your install it seems that does not allow you to install properly. You should check the php version as we recommend 7.2 and you should use this guide to make the proper adjustments to the wp and php memory:

Please do not miss any steps especially wp memory.
Also , please try to remove your htaccess file or the code inside it. use a default htaccess implementation.
