Hey everyone!
I duplicated my old website on new domain and now the theme works and displayed incorrectly.
For example, Theme panel looks weird (without familiar background, screenshot) and I can’t save any changes.
Also, header and footer are displayed incorrectly.
I copied all files in new directory via FTP, with new database and replaced url in sql.
Could you please explain me why is it happening and what I did wrong?

Please make sure you have the latest update for the theme, wordpress and plugins.
If your settings are missing from theme panel, then make sure you have Standard Pack installed and active.
