The code should be added in your Theme panel->Custom CSS area. Please notice that all of these involves additional customizations and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry!

I know the way to change the CSS but can you just tell me what values to change to change the size of the header logo?

Please keep in mind that above I have you a basic example, what you can achieve to change the size for your logo. Please notice that is not a simple task to do that because all settings are related to each other. The logo from this type of header style has been designed to be inline with the menu items and the size of it will be automatically adjusted according on width devices. Unfortunately, we cannot provide custom work at the moment and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you or also, you can change the header style 5 with another one wich has the logo in full width, as example header style 10.
