Google has started testing out Native InFeed ads (https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7171765?hl=en).
Is it possible to implement them in between the theme’s feed (homepage, category page, etc.).

Unfortunately our theme does not provide any feed ads. In fact feeds are ot even managed by the theme so we would need a feed manager in order to provide such ads. Sorry but for the moment we do not have such plans.

Basically, these infeed ads are supposed to be added in archive pages between posts. Is there a way I can add Adsense code on category/archive pages so the ad will appear in those pages between post say an ad placement after first two posts on archive pages.
Also, native in article AdSense ad is just the unit we add as article inline ad. Is there a way just to leave the adsense code as it is without turning on/off or without choosing a size in theme panel. So google will display the ad and size them as they want.

For the category pages there is no option to display ads between posts in the loop. You could maybe try to search for ad plugins that may be able to do that, for the moment. The category pages consist of a category template, top posts and then the post loop

Regarding ad sizes, you can leave the ad size on Auto for automatic results

Also leaving the ad size in auto mode still add some CSS rules by themes. I would like to add the Adsense code without any modification done at output.
