Hi, is it possible in a single post insert a right column like this:

but not with recent post like in example but only with posts related to the same category?

Yes you can add a sidebar to your posts. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Then you can add widgets to your new sidebar in the appearance-> widgets section of wordpress.
Unfortunately the sidebar does not have any control over the content shown based on the current post category. There is no such detect in our theme that cna allow you to place blocks filtered based on the post you are viewing currently.
