Hi, I would like to remove the input option for registered users since I do not use it and generates a tag on each “input page type = “password””, and I get an error that it is not a secure https page, because there is a password field.
How could I remove it from the whole web?
Thank you very much.
Cristina (sorry form my english)
Hello Cristina,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to remove only the “Password” field from login. If you want to remove all of this feature, you simply disable from Theme panel. Also, if you want to allows your users to login without typing the Password, you should edit the login widget and change their functionality. If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
If is not what you mean, provide more details.
Thanks for the message!
Hi.
My question was not only to remove the password field if not remove the entire login option of the web so that this code does not appear on all pages, since google interprets it as unsafe pages …
I do not know if I can explain …
Is there any way to remove that code from the entire template?
Thanks!!
Hi,
Please update your theme to the latest version, the Not secure warning was fixed in a previous update – https://www.screencast.com/t/idJrobotF if that is what you mean.
Thanks
Hi,
The updated version that comes out is 7.6_7.7.1, I update to this version?
Is there any way I can do it from the template I have installed? Can I install only what has changed?
How can I do it to keep what I have already configured?
Thanks!
Hi,
Well you could just replace the files that were changed as suggested here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/update-available/ and here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-remove-login-or-register-from-the-theme/ if you do not want to update your theme. But if you decide to update to the latest version here is a guide to help you through the process – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks
Thanks!
This latest update of the template supports WordPress 4.7.3?
