Hello, I have the same problem. After trying to reconnect my Instagram business account in the theme panel, I get this message:
Instagram data error: The data could not be retrived using the leytol Instagram ID. If you own this account, please connect to it in Theme’s Panel Social Networks > Instagram Account Access Configuration section.
But the connection has been made and everything seems to be OK…

What I can suggest for this situation is to make sure that your Instagram business account is connected through your Facebook account. After that remove the socials from the theme panel and add the Facebook account (this should ask if you want to add the Instagram account too).
If the problem persist, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic to can identify you.
