Hello, I think our Instagram and YouTube counter does not work.
Does it work properly or there is a known issue. Because, we are trying to solve it here. But no luck.

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

Hi Bettina, Believe me we did everything. Everyhting is updated at the moment.
Can u please check for instagram and youtube social counter on your side. FAcebook and twitter is working but Instagram and youtube does not work here.
If you face the same problem, maybe we can understand what cause the issue.

We don’t know the exact date and time or an estimation, because our team trying to fix as many problems that require more time. For Youtube you need to change the API key, because sometimes it’s possible it will expire.
