Hi everybody,
I have a big issue with Instagram.
The number of subscribers is false… So I try to remove and create again the link between Instagram and Newspaper.
But… it doesn’t work :'(
error_type “OAuthException”
code 400
error_message “Invalid scope field(s): basic”
I cleared the cache… same bug 🙁
I changed browser… same bug 🙁

Unfortunately at the moment there are some issues in the Instagram counter. You can only use the fixed counter which has to be adjusted manually: https://www.screencast.com/t/K1RqdABLBUt

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
