Instagram Data Error

I am trying to utilize the Instagram feature in my footer. It properly shows the proper text and link on the homepage “Follow us on Instagram @Ads4Christ”. But below that gives the message: “Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, please check the ID”. ID is correct in Newspaper settings.

Make sure that you set the Instagram as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/

Thank you for the reply. However I do not have the option of Instagram Account Access Information under the Social Networks settings.

Hi,

This problem was in the previous version, when Instagram change the way it works, now in Newspaper X the problem was solved.
Please make sure that you have the latest version, Newspaper 10.2 and WordPress 5.3

Hi! Is there a way to simply delete this “Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, please check the ID” sentence?

Hi,

Unfortunately this will not work correctly, what you can do is to remove the Instagram or use another Instagram plugin.
Also if you want you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
