instagram data error

Hi!

The Instagram slider is not working on the Newspaper – Travel Blog demo I have installed.

The following error message is shown: Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved

I am using all plugins provided in the installation files and use ver 4.1 social counter plugin.

The website is running on a VPS with Virtualmin on it, to ensure it is nothing serverside, I have reinstalled the VM from scratch, but unfortunately still experience the same issue.

Do you have any advice on how to proceed to solve this issue?

Hello,

Please provide more details about which Instagram widget you are referring to. Is it the social counter widget or the footer Instagram element? Please use this guide for the social counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ and this guide for the Instagram widget: https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/

I have set up the instagram widget on the travelblog as follows (also includes the error message received):

Hi,

I have tested your ID on my testing platform and it seems to display fine: http://screencast.com/t/Htk5qVfieKb
Please try to disable all plugins except visual compose, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the Instagram widget again. If you still have trouble with this, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate the issue.
