Instagram feed – Instagram data error

Hello, my Instagram feed does not show up. What could be the reason for that?

Error message:
Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved

Can someone help?

Hi,

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, ensure that you have correctly added the Instagram ID in the correct place. Check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/

It does not show up

I am pretty sure that the ID is correct.
I have the latest version of Newspaper installed.
