My Instagram footer is no longer uploading any instagrams. I had it set for 3 Instagram images and it was working fine. Now I have this error:

Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, plese check the ID

But when I check the ID in the Theme Panel Footer, the ID is correct.

Why is it no longer working please?

Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is 8.7.3 as you can see here

Thank you when I go to ‘update’ on my site it takes me to Envanto and to get the update it says I have to buy the whole theme again. Is this correct?

Hello snowsbest,

No, please notice that you should not buy again your theme for updating it. You have unlimited updates if the theme was bought once.

Thanks Catalin. It says to download it, do I just download it and then re-install it again? It’s not like a plugin where I just update it within the WordPress dashboard?

Hello.

It was a correction made in the theme and plugins.
Please use this guide to update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and
Please update your theme plugins as well. Deactivate and delete the current ones you use and then install them again from the 8.7.3 theme package.
