I have added the API of instagram via theme panel, but the problem I am facing is that both the instagram footer feed is not showing and instagram social icon subsribers are not updating.

If the Instagram account is set in theme panel, then the feeds in footer should work, unfortunately the Instagram social count is no longer working, for the moment we do not get the approve from Instagram to get that data.
If the Instagram feeds are still not working, make sure that you are using the last theme version.
If there is still a problem, please provide a link to your website.
Let me know the results!

Please make a full backup and update to Newspaper v10.3.9 this should fix the problem. Just make sure that the Instagram account is set -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
If there is still a problem, let me know!
I heard that updating to 10.3.9 causes a lot of problems and a lot of people wants to downgrade to 10.3.8. Please confirm me if it is safe to update
