Hi tbs10,
If you are using Newspaper v10.3.6, please disable and delete tagDiv Composer, after that reinstall it from Newspaper > plugin, after that remove the Instagram account from theme panel and re-connect to it, also do not forget to set a new api key for Instagram using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ (practicaly, you need o remove the cache and rest like for first time the Instagram account and api key in theme panel).
Let me know the results!
Hi Calin,
Just followed the steps but it doesn’t work yet.
When connecting with instagram via the theme panel there is now mentioned that the connected account will expire in 60 days.
I am wondring if there any additional support?
Hi ariextreme, that is right, if you get the connected account will expire in 60 days means that you set the Instagram api correctly, because since Instagram remove the access to feeds api now you can get access to theme only for a limited period, after that you’ll need to set a new Instagram id and so on…
If there is still a problem, let me know!
Have a nice weekend!
Hi Calin,
We still have the issue. I purged the cache, went incognito and tried another browser but without succes. You can have a look yourself. https://kitesurfpro.nl
Please let me know if you have more advise. The instagram element I would not prefer to loose.
Suddenly it started to work overnight. Fingers crossed now 😉

Hi tbs10,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks

Have a nice day!
Hi tbs10, I think that on that website the problem was some old cache. When i checked your website this already display correctly the Instagram feeds.
Normal what you can do is to remove the Instagram account from theme panel, clear all cache and add it again, after that clear again the cache and this should start to work.
If there is still a problem, you can sand us an email and we’ll check the problem.
Thank you!
