I am trying to add a shop page to my site. I have the Shop page now after installing woocommerce and tagdiv shop. However, when I add a pre-built woobase template to the shop page and save, it does not save. When I come back to the shop page, the template is gone. How do I fix this??

You should install a blank page and build your shop templates, or install the one you like from the Cloud Library. Documentation is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-shop/.

Ok so I can’t use the default shop page created by woocommerce, I need to create a new shop page and install the template there?

No. Please check in the Cloud Templates -> Woo shop base templates if you check the global option and see the results.
