install tagDiv Mobile Theme

Hi, I have the following issue: I want to install tagDiv Mobile Theme. The problem is that when I click install, it redirects me to a page with this message Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.

What solution does this problem have? What’s going on?

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hello I have already managed to solve the problem, a plugin was blocking me. I deactivated it and everything OK. thanks for your help
