Hi Calin, I’ve also had problems finding this file. So I followed the instructions and your advice I cannot see any folder newspaper\plugins at all on my download,
I can only see the following folders:
themeforest-eTQA6aNU-newspaper-wordpress-theme\Newspaper\images
themeforest-eTQA6aNU-newspaper-wordpress-theme\Newspaper\includes
themeforest-eTQA6aNU-newspaper-wordpress-theme\Newspaper\translation
themeforest-eTQA6aNU-newspaper-wordpress-theme\Newspaper\woocommerce
The only revolution slider file is here:
themeforest-eTQA6aNU-newspaper-wordpress-theme\Newspaper\tagdiv-deploy-mode.php
and that is not what we are looking for. Can you help further please.

The files that you mentioned are the files from the theme, not the theme package, you need to download the theme like in this example https://i.imgur.com/5zmoCjZ.png and in the you’ll get the Revolution Slider 5 in the package zip.
