Just installed the demo with no errors but front end fonts are not displaying correctly. only displayed correctly when viewing in logged in mode. see screen shot here: https://imgur.com/a/9YksBYZ

This sounds like a caching issue.You can check if is a plugin conflict by checking only with the theme plugins enabled. But since you say when you are logged was working correctly, then it can also be a cache or object cache https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/.
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you have and the server.
