Hi,
The theme is not a plugin. Please install it as a theme, from the wordpress themes panel -> https://prnt.sc/o_Tcdfv5Yl3E
The steps are mentioned in the theme installation guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Please try it again correctly and it should work fine.
