Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

Hi!,
I’m from Russia and buy Newspaper for my blog

When I make a new post with only English symbols there are no any problems,
But when I make a new post with only 1 Russian symbol I see this under the content:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ***/wp-includes/blocks.php on line 208

Only English in head and content – no problems, Russian in head – no problems.
But when add only 1 russian symbol to content – WOW this error.

Hi,

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Please check if the WP-debug is set to false in the WP-config file, then check if the warnings are removed.

Hi,

The system status configured and all squares in “System status” are green,
1) I make new post with Russian symbols and then publish it
2) After that I move to this new post and see error again
3) Then I move back to admin word press page to edit post and see this error too under the post in wordpress windows

When I make new post with only English letter without Russian – no errors
