Hi there,
When I’m trying to add new cloud template it’s showing an error “Invalid reply from server endpoint.” Now the current PHP version is 7.2.22 and WP Memory Limit is 512 Mb. Please help to fix this error.

Thanks!

Copy-pasting Calin’s reply from an earlier topic:
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please notice that we do not recommend to use WP Bakery with tagDiv Cloud Library, if you want to use cloud templates, please deactivate it.

The other scenario could be of a plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins apart from “Tested Plugins”, by the way, tested plugins can be found in Newspaper->Plugins(https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_support). I tried enabling Untested Plugins one by one and then checking the Cloud Templates->Add New(https://prnt.sc/q4li14). By this testing, I could find the plugin which caused this error. Now the culprit untested plugin was not a new install, but after the recent updates to it, this “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” started throwing up in Cloud Templates. So, that’s how I solved it.

Hello everybody. I got the same problem and I resolved this issue very easily. let me share my experience with you so that you can resolve on your own.
Step 1: talk to your hosting provider
Step 2: Send him this requirement to configure your WordPress php accordingly.
php.ini memory limit: 40MB (recommended: 96M)
max_input_vars = 5000
max_execution_time = 300
post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 50M

I am sure this help you and save you from stress.
