Invalid reply from server endpoint

hey, I have sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com with my problem and they do not answer anything.

I already sent the code that was requested from themeforest and they do not answer anything.

I can not edit with TagDiv Composer
and in tagDiv Cloud Library I get this message “Invalid reply from server endpoint.”

I have done everything they recommend and it is not resolved. I have the tem updated to 9.6

We already replied vie email. Please notice the support hschedule in the top of this forum.

This issue is usually caused by low memory allocation or an older version of PHP. Please make sure you use PHP 7.2 and use this guide to increase your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

I have reviewed the guide and apparently everything is fine. I do not understand why I have this problem, I can not place an image that stands out in my posts, it remains blank and I can not upload or choose anything. Help please this is hurting me and they delay in answering. The same I wrote to the mail
