Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Can you tell me what form you imported from the cloud library or is it a form from another plugin?
If the plugin uses a shortcode you can add that shortcode in an element called raw HTML => https://prnt.sc/10jfzg2 or another alternative you can try to set the shortcode in column text or text with title in text zone => https://www.screencast.com/t/yzHiFcS8g8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB and see if this work. The shortcode is automatically saved.
