I am trying to access the templates but I get the message Invalid reply from server endpoint.

I increased my PHP Memory Limit from 256 to 300. If you’re running the cPanel with your hosting provider you can access this through the “MultiPHP INI Editor”.

Hello,

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also, make sure that you are using https not http, you can do this using a plugin like this one -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
