Invalid Template Type error when trying to load Footer template

I get an “Invalid Template Type!” error when trying to load Footer templates from the cloud library. All other templates seem to load fine except the footer.
I used wp-debug, and no errors came up on that.
Why won’t the template load?

I have the same issue here…
I tried to disable most plugins.
Cache cleared
WP Memory = 800MB/request
etc..

Server side issue?

Let’s hope monday will bring up solutions 🙂

Hello !

Indeed there is an issue on this at the moment. You can edit the footer from the website manager as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/mBuGRl9SAGa

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Thank you !

This is still not fixed. I cannot load any footer templates from the cloud library. Do you know when this will be fixed?
I still get the error: “Invalid template type!”

PS – Vlad – how do you get to the website manager page you show in the screencast above?

Hello !

The website manager is available when editing a page with tagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/C3jqWriB

Thank you !

I still cannot import a footer template and continue to get the error, “Invalid Template Type”. Vlad says “Indeed there is an issue on this at the moment. ” But this doesn’t seem to be fixed.

Editing the existing template (Default Pro demo) with the website manager doesn’t seem to give me any options for changing the content (like the popular posts and popular category sections).

I’m at a loss with what to do.

Hi,

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
If this is not the problem please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!
