Is it allowed "Desktop" and "Mobile" have different looks?

Hello, My website is very slow on mobile, so I think to use the mobile theme feature

Is it allowed that “Desktop” and “Mobile” theme have different looks/display by Google?

Hi,

It’s the same website with the same permalinks/url, just the layout differ, and this is allow.
The Mobile Theme is a feature specially designed to maximize the theme performance on mobile devices.
