I really like the newsmag theme and I want a full screen and wide version around 1280px.
Is it possible with some tweaking?

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t support something like that, it would be possible with major changes. That means custom work and for now we can’t offer.

It’d be a really good idea to let users choose full width option in theme options. Think on it, I know you guys can do anything. 😉

Unfortunately Newsmag theme was initially designed at this width – 1021px – with an fixed grid layout, responsive as it is fluid and style for desktop/tables/mobile screens. So changing the width would not be easy as it needs changing the width value for all elements on pages that were designed to work on 1,2 and/or 3 columns and for this you would need custom work.
