I am new to Newspaper 9. I have not yet installed the theme on my dedicated server. Is the Newspaper 9 demo (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/) in effect a “pre-made layout” that can be used right out of the box to jump-start my new project. In other words can I swap out the content from the demo and swap in my content?

Yes, you can use everything that comes with the theme ( content/ image/ layout/ tagDiv Cloud Library ).
