I want to ask if i upload any image into wordpress media then additional sizes created automatically. But what if only post featured image create additional sizes not other uploaded into post. Like if i have to upload many images into post but only one to add in featured then all the images creating many sizes and this thing increase memory size and also increase backup size.
I know you have added awesome feature in your 5th update to stop sizes that we don’t need to use on site.

I do not know what theme version you are using, but since newspaper 6 we added this menu: http://screencast.com/t/kaW2Tl0r92M where you can select the thumbs you want to use and avoid creating too many image sizes. Just keep in mind that already created images will not be removed by the theme. For this you will need the force regenerate plugin.
