Hi , I am facing couple of big issues at present.
1) Issue : “Current content hasn’t been created by tagdiv composer”, when i open a page in edit mode using tagdiv. This has been working until last week.
2) Unfortunately, I could see few of the Home page icons/Social icons NOT visible as they should be. Instead of respective icons, I can only a box like icon in its position.
Need urgent assistance.
2. Do you have Optimise CSS Delivery enabled in whatever caching program you use? Enabling that in WP-Rocket made my social icons completely white out and caused other problems.
If you do have any CSS minify/related settings on, try disabling them and see if it makes a difference.
Hi,
“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.
Usually this kind of issue with icons can be solved as mentioned in these topics

Hope this will help!
Thank you!
hi Calin.. Thanks for suggestion. I did what you suggested.
and could see couple of things:
1) Arrow and Icon issue, perhaps was causing due to W3 total cache plugin. SO, disabling it resolved the issue.
2) But the “Home page” edit using “Edit with tagdiv composer” still isnt working and slowing down the whole site.
Please suggest.
Hi,
I think that this topic it can help you to make the resource from server to be less consumed – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots and a link.
Thank you!
hi
thanks for the link.
i have tried following most of the point (out of 10) as mentioned , however it did not work out (link to website: https://khabars.in)
Also, You said below in the other link, and has couple of queries:
1) Why to disable, deleted and reinstall ? Will the theme updates not get built automatically ?
2) If I disable and delete the Tagdiv plugins, like td composer, will it not affect my website ?
“Also there was some new implementations in theme plugins, that make the theme faster (this is related on external sources as YouTube), please disable tagDiv plugins, delete them and reinstall the plugins from Newspaper > welcome section (you can install them one by one from Newspaper > plugin).”
Hi,
As I can see now the theme plugins are not activate -> https://i.imgur.com/WA4sYeN.png you’ll need to activate the theme plugins.
1. For the users that installed/update the theme after the implementation for code in theme plugin, there will no need for these steps, but for these users that have the version before this plugins update these steeps are necessary to have the last version of theme plugins.
2. There will be no problem, all the settings are saved in database, only the plugins files will be deleted and reinstall the new versions.
Thank you!
Since, you would know better as to which blocks use admin-ajax, can you please help me on below for my site home page (https://khabars.in)
1) Which all blocks use admin-ajax
2) Since, tagdiv composer is not working or even the page edit, please suggest a way to be to edit and remove those blocks that use admin-ajax
Hi,
All the requirements for database are made on admin-ajax.php ( all the settings from theme panel, posts, pages, etc.), therefore you can not remove these from your website, if you want you can remove the pagination, from the website, loading more, the search and the number of admin-ajax.php requests will be smaller.
for the edit problem of page with tagDiv Composer, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you for your understanding!
hi
thanks for the information.
Luckily, I was finally able to edit the page using td composer, however it running very slow. I have also removed, arrow-buttons from home page to reduce admin-ajax requests.
Seems something is slowing down the complete processing.
Hi,
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that you are using last version of theme, Newspaper v10.3.5
How to Update the Newspaper Theme for WordPress -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be from cache plugins, usually from the cache on hosts/servers, please disable theme if you are using and click on check update -> https://i.imgur.com/rpkPYSt.png -> https://i.imgur.com/wufNwR6.png
Thank you!
Hi,
We have discover some strange case when the host has a cache plugin enable, them the update appear only after a while, but this is not a general situation.
Using Newspaper v10.3.5 the theme should be a little faster when you try to edit something.
Thank you!
