Hi,

I have an issue when i’m trying to connect on my website http://alevi-fuaf.com on the Internet Explorer Web browser. There are no issue on the others web browsers like Firefox or Chrome.

Do you have any feedback on that?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Deniz

Hello,
Both your sites work just fine in IE:

I cannot find any issues from my end. Please try from a different pc as there could be some local issues in place.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please try to edit your table as it seems to be custom made and the css is not properly set. Internet explorer seems to ignore the table css. I suggest a different approach tho this element as tables are not recommended in a responsive environment. You can simply use visual composer single image elements and then transfer the shortcode in a text box in the sidebar. On pages you can create the element directly inside the page content.
Thank you!

Hi,

I’m not using a “sidebar”. So I would like to customise the width of this column to run like a responsive column.
Do you know what parameters i can be put on the css code ?

Thanks in advance,

Deniz

Hello,

Unfortunately the width is not recommended to be changed as it will break the theme layout. Our theme does not have a dynamic width and all elements were created based on the fixed width. Sorry
Our theme elements are already responsive. The issue you are facing is because of the custom code you added to the sidebar for creating this element. The code is interpreted by firefox differently.

Thank you!
