Issue with H3 tag, key points showing the whole text instead of just the h3 tag

When I remove the Gutenberg code and replace with standard html it works

After several updates to the Single Post Table of Contents shortcode plugins it doesn’t work with h2 and h3 titles
Any update on this, it seems to not work properly anymore.

Yeah I think so something happened, either update on composer or WordPress caused this issue.

I found a conflict with the WooCommerce plugin version 9.2.3. Deactivating the plugin solved the problem

I have also tested and it seems Woocommerce v9.2.3 and tagDiv Composer v5.1 / Newspaper 12.6.7 are not compatible. Can we get an update to Newspaper and tagDiv Composer to resolve this issue?
