I have recently purchased a news theme and installed a pre built design. Unfortunately my header is not showing and whenever ever I update from the composer no change is being done.

First of all please make to clear your website cache. This usually is the main reason that there are delays on a website. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
