2. This problem occurs on tag pages and category pages. If it were a static page, this option would be there, but in my case, these are non-static pages and I can edit either tags or categories where there is no such option. Is it possible to fix duplicate posts in some other way?

The problem occurs regardless of which unit is used. Shifting records works until exclude records is added to the Exclude Post IDs: field and I need to simultaneously exclude some records from a block and shift the display of records by a certain amount. Please let me know if there is a solution, if there is no solution yet – take this issue into consideration. Thank you
