I tried adding other widget in sidebar but it’s not showing up…
Problem: When I add Block 15 and then I try to add any other widget apart from blocks widgets doesn’t shows up.

First of all, please check your system status to be increased at the high value. If is not, please try to increase it using our guide in this case, here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you have issues with php.ini, please contact your hosting provider and let them know what you are trying to do so they can point you to the correct file. Also, please do not use symbols (!@#$%^&*) for title of the widgets because it seems that affect the functionality of the sidebar.

I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected with block 15 as sidebar. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if you have additional customizations try to delete them and install without them and see how it works for you.

I disabled the plugin and removed the CSS codes as well but the issue is still there.
The problem is like this.
When I add block 15 in side bar and then when I add any other widget below block 15 such as text or search box, only block 15 shows up in the side bar.
But If I add the widget above block 15 it all works fine.
This issue is only with block 15.

I too had same problem. So for fast fix, I have downgrade my Visual Composer to earlier version and it start working fine.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
