Issue with Social Counter

Hi everyone, unfortunately the Social Counter widget is unable to display instagram fans. It seems like the plugin doesn’t work if the IG username includes a dot…
Any suggestions?

Instagram made a few code changes that affected our Instagram widgets. Please use this temporary solution until the next theme update.
I cannot say for sure about a dot, but try this method.
