I have someone helping us update our theme and he is running into issues. He says
There is issue with tag composer which is not compatible with your page builder contents.
You have to talk with theme support and ask them how to update 9.7 version to 10.3 versionand tell them when we update theme and plugins manually the tag composer not compatible with our contents and showing this error “The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!”
Can someone help. I am the go between. I hired a theme expert through envato to help us.

Please make sure that you remove the tagDiv Plugins and Newspaper Theme and update the new theme files: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
