Issues installing 7.4

Hey there,

having some issues trying to update to 7.4
via WordPress, i can’t seem to delete the theme:
“Deletion failed: The requested theme does not exist.”
when i update via marketplace plugin i get
“Update Failed: The theme is at the latest version.”

EDIT: Issues appears to have…fixed itself?

Issue with your server setup and caching.

Always best to do updates via FTP, as you can “see” folder deleted, and new folder uploading; upload new plugins, and make backups of critical files at same time in case of server crash/retirement.

Hi @RichardD

Try to login on your server via ftp, navigate to your-wp-install/wp-content/themes and delete Newspaper folder then upload a frosh copy of the theme as it’s recommended in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
