Not able to edit the social count plugin, also I cant activate any plugins or the whole theme crashes. I really need this to be fixed so I can install bbpress. Also the Google Analytics code appears on the top of the page. My website is http://www.NashvilleSpace.com

if you have a child theme please switch over to the main theme to rule out any custom code you might have that influences the site’s functionality.
As for the analytics, there are 2 codes provided by google. Please insert the long one..the one that resembles an adsense ad, not the short version of the code.

Alright I fixed most stuff but the only thing im still having issues with is the social counter. There is no way to change it. How can I edit the settings?

Alright thank you. Google has said theres a couple isues, before my template change my page rank speed was high now google labels it red. Here What They Said:
