Keep loading at the column text widget

Hi

I don know why the widget is keep loading, we tried to update all plugin and theme, but there is still loading.
May I know how to fix this issue ?

Hi,

Please open the console and try to save something.
I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.

Thank you for your help, but I have already disable all 3pty plugina and clear cache, but there is still loading, cannot access.

May I create a credential for you to closer check ?
