Hi! I’m brand new to the theme and need help with the following:
> Where in the panel do I create a landing page with a certain ‘mosaic’ of featured posts? Currently, a list of posts are shown when landing on http://elevatingsound.com
> Where and how do I create a sidebar for the landing page? Then I would like to leverage the possibility to create specific sidebars per category, but first off I need to get up and running with a sidebar for the landing page.
Elevating Sound is a live site and since I unfortunately didn’t know how best to update a site to a new theme offline, I would appreciate your quick support on these items.

2)The sidebars can be created from a number of different places: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/

1) I would like to have a landing page that shows the latest posts first as ‘featured posts’ across categories and then the latest posts category by category below. I installed the default demo setup but the current landing page looks nothing like it. I have worked with many themes before but this wasn’t as straight-forward as I had been hoping for. Please, help me with pointers how to set up a proper landing page.
Your suggestion to change from latest posts to static page wasn’t the solution, since the drop-down menu of static pages only included pages such as About etc.
2) It says I have the default sidebar right now and as mentioned I downloaded your default demo setup. But how come there is no sidebar showing? Where is the ‘default sidebar?

1) If you want to have the homepage exactly like the one in our demo, then simply install the default demo with content from here and it will be created automatically for you: http://screencast.com/t/pxg0tmg8Bgxa
