I see a mobile theme layout on your screenshot, meaning your website is cached if you do not use the Mobile theme or AMP anymore. Clear all your cache and repeat the test.

Ah, ok. If your image is in a webp format then please enable it also in the theme panel -> block settings ->thumbs on modules/blocks.
