Today i’ve installed the last update of Newspaper Theme Version: 10.4
After the complete installation of the theme, the YOAST SEO Plugin doesn’t work properly.
So, for the homepage i have a title insterted for the <title> tag and in the source code it shows the old <title> tag that was inserted.
Note that i didn’t made any updates for the YOAST SEO plugin.
Can you please check if there are any conflincts in the last update?

We just tested the new version 16.0.2 of Yoast SEO plugin and all is working well.
Also, please make sure you have the latest update for wordpress and other plugins.

Thanks for your reply but it does not help me at all.
I’m up to date with all updates for all themes, wordpress version and plugins.
In the page that i’m trying to update i have this meta title and meta description entered – https://prnt.sc/115trpm
And in the page source code i have this – https://prnt.sc/115tt3r
As you can see, the title is different from what i have entered.
Also, i have enabled the Force rewrite titles function in the Yoast SEO plugin and it still does not work.
This situation appeared after the last update of Newspaper Theme.
Can you please help me?

First of all, please check about a caching problem(delete your cache also from your browser) and a plugin conflict.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
It should work because I tested with the latest update and it is working great on my side.

There must be a conflict somewhere.

And still does not work.
I even deleted the plugin and when i installed it back had the old settings.
I cannot understand why in the plugin settings it shows something and in the source code does not update.
It is really frustrating and i need to update this as soon as possible and i can’t find any solution to this.

Sorry to say but i am not authorized to give this information you have asked for and because of this i suppose you won’t be able to help me anymore.
Just for fact, i want to say that i have changed the SEO plugin (i’ve installed All in one SEO) and the title has changed.
So i think now there is really an conflict between the Yoast SEO Plugin and the lastest version of Newspaper theme but i can’t figure out what is really happening.
