I’m the developer for the site neworleansmom.com, redstickmom.com, and thelafayettemom.com, and there are issues on the homepage with the latest articles not refreshing/updating. The team will see variously different articles as the “latest” with varying dates/times. Looking for help to see if it’s a caching issue, something with a plugin interfering, or something I am unaware of. Thank you!

In our case this block is working well.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
It could be possible to have a problem with caching too, so I recommend you to use WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
