Unfortunately this issue was caused by wordpress 4.4.1 There is a fix for it but I’m afraid it will not work on Newspaper 4. Please update your theme to the latest version following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ so you can benefit from the new features of newspaper and also the fixes for any incompatibility issues.

i have checked your website and saw the thumbnail issues. This is not a big issue. You simply need to check your wp thumbnail and make sure it is set to deafult: 150×150: http://screencast.com/t/oVnoVXv7Cma and then simply use the ‘force regenerate’ plugin to regenerate your thumbnails.
If there are any other problems I missed, please let us know.

This problem can originate from the same regeneration of the thumbnail. Please make sure you have the thumbnails selected here: http://screencast.com/t/fegUs62Cgc then regenerate your thumbnails as I suggested above.
It is not ok to have different size images in the same module/block. All the images are suppozed to have the same size like so: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/tagdiv-fashion/tagdiv-new-look-2015/

I have checked your website and saw the icons. Unfortunately i cannot provide any solution for them as they come from a plugin not the theme. You will most likely need to edit their position with css or use another sharing plugin.

Whenevver you click/touch these icons the facebook, twitter and pinterest social icons appear. The theme has no such option so I assume it is a plugin that does that.

You can use this css to fix the positioning issue:

}

Add the code in the theme panel -> custom css box.
