latest version theme crashed my website. and on old version theme URL ” https://xxxxxxxx.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel” not working.
My site also crashed with the “White Screen of Death” when uploading the new theme. HELP

For those who have the same problem. The problem comes from the plugin TAGDIV COMPOSER AND NEWSLETTER. So, I took the old plugin in the first download folder (2 months ago) and I replaced by FTP the new plugin by the old ones. Everything works again. I lost my CSS and my widget because it’s been 5 hours that I’m trying to repair, I uninstall everything and reinstall and lost my day because no one answers us on the forum. I can send old plugin files if anybody wants it.

Please note the support hours in the top right of the screen and most important, the time zone.
We are not a 24/7 service so we cannot be online all the time.
If you use old version of the theme plugins there could be issues in the latest update. Please make sure you also update the theme plugins as they will not update automatically when updating the theme.

Hello, I was in version 8,7,2, and even installing the new plugin and the theme update it does not work. I have seen the hours of support, however yesterday, you answered everyone but not to people who had problems with the update … and still today no valid answer. Many of us can not benefit from the complete update of the tagdiv composer.

No, you will not lose any data.
Please update your theme plugins as well. Deactivate and delete the current ones you use and then install them again from the 8.7.3 theme package.

Hello, I have updated all plugins and theme by following your instructions. But now I can’t access URL ” https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel ” it is logging out every time whenever I try to access theme panel.

Hello, I have fixed this issue. it was all about caching issue. now I found a new issue –
screenshot ” http://prntscr.com/j88hmv ” if I deactivate that then this shows different plugins one by one until I deactivate all plugins.
